Privacy Policy: Our policy on privacy is simple -- we value our customers' privacy as we value our own, and at no time will we ever share your personal or business information to anyone for any reason, with exception being to legal requests where we are bound by law to provide. The information we gather is needed solely for our own transactions.

Warranty Policy: Wyatt Computers custom built computers are covered by a one (1) year labor warranty and a one (1) year parts warranty from the purchase invoice date, against defects in workmanship and usability, unless otherwise noted on our invoice. All warranty repairs are performed exclusively at our service center; on-site warranty repair is available at additional charge. Transportation, shipping and/or pick up and delivery charges may apply to warranty service. Computers covered by our 3-year parts warranty are prorated at 0% of the replacement parts cost during the first year, 30% of the replacement parts cost during the second year, and 60% of the replacement parts cost during the third year of ownership, unless otherwise noted on our invoice. Products such as monitors, printers, and other peripherals not manufactured by Wyatt Computers will be subject to the original manufacturer's warranty. All brand-name products sold through Wyatt Computers have a limited warranty through their respective manufacturers. Wyatt Computers offers replacement or exchanges for defective parts during the first 15 days from invoice date. Parts found defective by Wyatt Computers within the initial 15 day warranty period will be either repaired or replaced at our sole discretion. All warranty inquiries must include the original maunfacturer's undamaged packaging. Clearance items are sold as-is, without warranty. Special order products are covered only by applicable manufacturer's warranty. All warranty is void if product sustains physical damage or abuse as exclusively determined by Wyatt Computers. Complete details are listed on all invoices, which supersedes all other warranty notices.

Indemnity: Wyatt Computers, its agents and assigns, shall assume no responsibility for loss or damage due to fire, theft or sources beyond our control, to customer equipment placed with us for storage, sale, repair or during transport. Damage or loss replacement insurance is the sole responsibility of the customer. Wyatt Computers assumes no responsibility for data loss during service or repair. Customers are advised to have a dependable backup copy of all data before service is authorized. Customer equipment left unclaimed after thirty (30) days becomes the property of Wyatt Computers and may be sold to cover the cost of any repair or other fees due. Software sales are non-returnable/non-refundable; all software sales are final. Wyatt Computers is not responsible for typographical errors on this website; contact us to confirm all details of services or prices.
